Jaqui Atkin

Jaqui Atkin

Jacqui’s work is hand built using various making techniques, with the surfaces burnished to a high sheen. The bisque fired work is patterned using masking techniques before smoke or resist raku firing.

This piece is purely decorative and will not hold water because of the low firing process. Items with burnished surfaces can be polished with a little beeswax from time to time to restore the sheen.
